The
exterior skin is comprised of recycled ABS plastic panels, much like a GM
Saturn. The panels can be roto-molded, infused with any color, and are highly
dent resistant. Although carbon fiber, kevlar composites, and fiber glass
might be lighter, they would be prohibitively expensive for my target market
and cannot be easily recycled.
