----------Next, I looked at hybrid-electric and pure electric vehicles. The Honda Insight was probably the most exciting mass produced "green" car at the time. I had hoped that the GM Autonomy concept, with its aerospace fast looks and innovative propulsion package, would be put into production. Two smaller pure electric cars from unknown companies really caught my attention. The Tango and Tzero had amazing track perfomance stats from their high torque electric motors.
